You can reach Wengen in 11 minutes by train from
lauterbrunnen to Wengen.

Accordingly, we ask you to read in particular the section "Arriving by car"
and, if necessary, to reserve a parking space online at the
Parking Lauterbrunnen.

7.00 a. m. - 10.00 p. m.
On arrival and departure day our shuttle service is free
of charge. Please call us before arriving in Wengen and
we will pick you up at Wengen train station.

Due to Wengen's low-traffic location, we try to avoid
additional journeys where possible. Unless there are
medical reasons, we otherwise charge CHF 10.00
per journey for additional transport during your stay.

From Wengen station to the hotel we transport your
luggage and yourself with our shuttle. Please call us
before your arrival at Wengen station.

If you want to send your luggage by train to Wengen from
the airport or from another location in Switzerland,
you find all the necessary information on this webpage.
Please note, however, that luggage shipping can take several
days to Wengen, depending on the place of posting.

| Departure before 7.00 a.m. in the morning |

We kindly ask you to inform us the day before until 8.00 p. m.
so that we can organise the porter for your departure before
7.00 a. m.. We kindly ask you to pay the bill the evening before.

| Check-Out |

On the day of departure we kindly ask you to release the
room by 11.00 a.m. to allow us enough time to prepare
the room for the next arriving guests.

| Late check-out |

You are welcome to ask the reception if a late check-out is possible.
A late check-out is subject to room availability and is free of charge.
However, we can only confirm it the evening before.

| Shuttle |

On departure days, the porter will take our guests to the train
station every 10 - 15 minutes. If you would like the shuttle
for a certain departure time, please let us know 30 minutes
earlier. Due to the frequent rides, we do not take shuttle
reservations the day before and the rule is first come -
first served.

You can also send luggage from Wengen via SBB (Swiss Train System)
to the airport or to another train station in Switzerland.

For example, you can send the luggage from Wengen to the train station
in Zermatt and the hotel in Zermatt can collect the luggage from the train
station in Zermatt. Please note, however, that the suitcases often have to
be sent a few days in advance.
